On my SP3, why does my wireless display adapter always disconnect when I wake the bluetooth mouse?

The wireless display adapter works ok with the bluetooth mouse as long as the mouse is active before you connect the wireless display adapter. But after a while, if the mouse goes into sleep mode, and you move the mouse, the display will disconnect every time.
