OneDrive, copying files and permission issues

I uploaded a mp3 from my laptop to my one drive then went to my tablet, opened my Onedrive app and made the song "offline". I want to put the file in my music library so I went to my desktop, then to Onedrive and tried to copy the file from there to my music folder. It said I would need administrator permission and I hit continue. It says I still need permission to do this. I looked at the properties of the file under the permissions tab and everything is checked. Same for the Onedrive folder. How can I physically move this file to the music folder?
