OneDrive not working on Lumia 640XL Win10

I have a Lumia 640 XL. I installed Windows 10 on this phone.

When I click on the OneDrive app to open OneDrive, the screen blinks and comes rights back to the start screen. OneDrive never opens.

When I look in the store app, I see that OneDrive is trying to install. But the update never completes. Instead I see this error: 0x80004005

How can I get Onedrive to work on my Lumia 640XL? Or how can I get OneDrive to update on my phone?

How many other updates are taking place? what build are you on?

No other updates taking place. Build 10.0.14393.576 version 1607 windows 10 mobile

Can I uninstall OneDrive and reinstall it? I don't seem to be able to.

But my OneDrive won't work on my Lumia 640 XL

Try to change the location of installed apps to "This Device" and let Onedrive update again.. Let's see if it works
