OneNote: "Cannot send to Recycle Bin"

When I delete a page from OneNote, it gives me a message saying it can't because the "Deleted Pages" section of my Recycle Bin either hasn't fully synced or is corrupted. I can't find this section of the Recycle Bin, nor do I ever remember seeing this section. What do I do?
