Yeah I was quite surprised to see the article too. I was the one that tipped them and they even have a picture of my kitchen table in the article too. Oh and I'm planing on selling the green back when I change phones.

Hey guys, purchased my Lumia 930 today, but only in boring black. So, thinking of this forum, I asked the man in the store whether I could switch my black back for the orange back on the demo device. He agreed. I returned with the suction cup from my GPS and prised off the demo device's cover. I then did the same to my new 930, removing the dull, old black cover. After switching the two covers around, I realised I had created a new almost exclusive design. A black 930 with a silver border and an orange one with a black border. Take a look at how cool the 930 looks in orange with a black border, i'm very pleased...

hmmm that makes me wonder. I see people selling dummy units online all the time. Wonder if I could just do that? Did you order new NFC and wireless charging things or just use the ones from your 930?

I didn't use a dummy unit, it was a fully operational demo unit. Nothing other than a back swap was required! If you bought a dummy, you'd have to get the back off first (don't know whether it does) and then poke out the fake camera and stuff. It's possible...

While I prefer the silver frame, this is a nice alternative. You're all set for Halloween .

I actually am looking to do something like this when I get my Black 930. I love the black band and the contrast would be very cool.
