I was curious - is anyone here doing the Insanity workout? I have now finished the first round (63 days) and am getting ready to start again . The first three workouts are even available on Xbox Fitness, so I would love to have some more workout buddies there (my gamertag is MZetko).
If you are wondering - Insanity is the hardest workout program ever put on DVD. Created by Shaun T, it is 63 days long and it is really EXTREME. But the results are too! Here is a video (it is an infomercial, so it is a lot ad-like, but I have gone through Insanity so I can honestly say it is really good ).
