There didn't seem any threads on the covers out there (Other that the custom one which looks very good), but I wanted a cover from day 1 of ownership.

So I went ahead and ordered one of the options from the Microsoft store.
They had a 'folio' style one, and a wallet style one (which I went for).

It's made by 'Maroo', and seems very good quality and a great fit (as you would expect).
It has a leather backing, with leather flap and a wool soft front (which attracts cat hairs very easily! lol).

Inside it has what looks like a polyester lining (would have preferred a soft cotton lining), and a pen loop.

Only observation so far is that when putting the pen in the loop, need to take care not to 'scrape' it down the side of the sp3.

I have however, fallen a little out of love with the case since I started this...
Primarily because my concern about the pen scratching is very real... you cannot really avoid it scratching because it is (by their own admission) a "snug fit".
So, my new SP3 now has a series of thin scratches down it, as does the pen
