Outdated Certificates and constant rebooting!

Hi all, Just got my 2520 (used with power keyboard) and I am having mucho problems. It took forever to get IE11 to go from one topic to another (bad or outdated certificates) kept me from loading these pages. Once I got some to load (don't know how I did it), now it reboots multiple times in an hours use.

I bought if from eBay and am about to request a return for credit but wondered if someone here has some ideas about the two major problems I'm having.

Did you perform a refresh every time or did you try the reset option too?

Yes, tried the reset as well. I'm coming to the realism that this might be a bad unit. Hopefully not, but I hope someone here has some ideas.
