Outlook.com outage?

It would appear that Outlook.com is having an issue. I cannot connect via my Lumia 822 nor my Outlook 2013 via activesync.
Microsoft reports:
There's a problem with Outlook.com right now.

Problem:

Mobile users may be experiencing issues sending and receiving their emails. February 05 2:47 PM

None on my account when I logged in first and then checked status - UK.
Although messenger seems to have taken a hit.

I'm back up on both fronts now. Microsoft also now reporting no issues.

Have had problems with my email accounts over the past few days, its as if they take turns to come up with sync errors
