Outlook draft email can't be sent

I have a few draft emails in Outlook (in the drafts folder) on my up-to-date Lumia 650 and cannot figure out how to email them (they did not go through on first send attempt and were automatically sent to the draft folder; I was testing email on this new phone so much MS locked my account until I unfroze it. BTW you cannot get the unlock code you need to have messaged to your cell through using the email link via Edge on your phone, submit button does not work - had to do it from a pc! :eck

Anyway I tried moving the draft emails to the outbox as that seemed the only way offered to do it but that did not work (I could move them to other folders though). Anyone have a workaround?

I have the same problem using Lumia 640 XL. The only way is to mark all the text of each email you are about to send and copy it to the clipboard and then paste it to a newly created email. Then delete draft manually.
