Outlook mail not opening files win 10 phone

Win 10, mobile, all updates including Outlook update.
I received a email with attachments, tap to open, get a message to get an app for that. How do I open attachments? Shouldn't the attachment(s) automatically open?

It depends on attachment. If they are office file e.g. docx, or xps and you don't have word or exel or something else, it says that

Got my problem resolved. Needed to change SIM / MMS ADS.
