Outlook Not Pushing Email?

Is something going on with anyone else's @outlook.com emails arriving way slower than usual? Used to it would instantly "push", now it seems to take a good 5-15 minutes to arrive, like its fetching instead of pushing.

I've been scouring the internet for a solution & it seems like people on the Apple forums are having similar issues with their Outlook email set up as Exchange too.

I've seen the same issue, but have no solution. It's particularly frustrating since my Gmail email is pushed flawlessly over Imap.
