I operate Outlook 2007 through an exchange server. I notice whenever I type a new contact in outlook it doesn't sync over correctly.
For example, when I type in a name of a contact, ABC Corporate Office (customer), it syncs over as First Name - ABC, Middle Name - Corporate and Last Name - Office. When I am searching in the directory on my phone it will appear as ABC Office.
If I input the contact directly into my phone it works fine. It even syncs over to Outlook correctly.
It's not that big of a deal but it is annoying.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix somewhere? Am I overlooking a settings feature??
