Pairing Microsoft Band 2 with ant + devices, how can I do it?

Does anyone know if Microsoft is planning on making the band2 compatible with a chest strap or foot pod? I'm really liking the band, but I would like more accuracy during HIIT workouts and strength training, as well as elliptical.

Hi there!

The Microsoft Band 2 does not have an ANT radio in it, so supporting ANT is not possible with the current hardware.

Vote for the features you want to see on the Microsoft Band Uservoice. Here is the Bluetooth HR monitor suggestion. It was originally posted back in March 2015. Maybe if enough people push for it, Microsoft can put it in Band 3.
