Hey everyone. I own a dell PC with windows 10 10586.164 on it. Lately it has run into issues. Whenever i start it the taskbar doesn't respond. I'm not able to open edge or store and neither settings. It says these don't exist. I can only open control panel. Any ideas what can i do?
