people Hub broken

I notice this morning the people hub on my phone, had unlinked all linked contacts,
so I now have 4 separate contacts for the same person, if i had their outlook, facebook twitter . etc previous linked

The people hub can no longer sync with MS account or LinkedIn
gives error code 8500201D

I notice today my outlook.com account had being switched to the new outlook.com.

I wandering is this something to do with it

anyone else experience this
