Perhaps it was fixed on Microsoft servers. I think maybe they didn't announce it because technically that's how it's supposed to work, and announcing the "fix" is an admission of things not working as advertised? Or perhaps they are testing it and won't make a formal announcement until it's completely verified as working properly.

Wish Google plus was available.
Hmmm, methinks Google+ should stay in Android h e l l ;)

But I like Google plus.
LOL! I was just teasing. The more, the merrier, of course. One thing, though, is that Google is giving Microsoft a hard time when it comes to Windows Phone (witness YouTube). Hopefully they can come to agreements. I wouldn't be too optimistic about Google+ being integrated into the People Hub, but maybe a solid app.

I am guessing this was from the facebook side where they may reset some privacy settings. Could be related to the timeline transition? who knows.

hey DKP23 , WELCOME TO WPCENTRLA: :D:D:D

your probably right dkp23 , im assuming it was Facebook as well,

i guess that means allot of people got mad at MS again for nothing.

Thanks, great to be here.

Yes, there are two sides of the story here and in my opinion, the block was on Facebooks side, not MS's side.

So is anyone seeing any holes in the integration? I'm comparing the desktop, People Hub and FB app itself and there seem to be some gaps still.

I havent noticed any misses yet, but im sure there may be some at some point. I did a quick comparison and all of the posts were accounted for so far. The fact that i can see activity from my GF shows that there was something changed because before, i was not able to see anything that she posted.

Stalk much? ;-) JUST KIDDING!!!!

I'm seeing more activity from the pages that I like vs just the people on the WP. I'm wondering if the filtering isn't quite the same as the desktop?

How is this not front page news? I came to post that I'm seeing all my Facebook friends in the People Hub and their posts.

I was thinking it had to do with me installing Windows 8. Here's hoping it's permanent.

Well this is not WP7 exclusive, I had the same issue previously with my OG Droid. Checked it out on there (it sits in the dock as a bedside clock) and the contacts with these issues previously had updated as well. Must be a Facebook change of sorts. These were people who had "all platform apps" disabled.

I noticed that I'm seeing peoples activity too, where before they didn't appear. Much better.

Sent from my SGH-i937 using Board Express

Finally they plugged this gap...sure enough all my friends posts appear now. FB app still has an advantage though...from the People hub you can't see who liked your post. It just says "X people liked this". Trying to figure out who liked what from the notifications page is just too clunky.

Here here-- I just noticed much more expanded and comprehensive FB integration in the People Hub too. Either Microsoft and Facebook decided to elevate the WP7 integration to "1st Party" status, or Facebook has changed what is meant by "3rd Party" apps. It's a huge development. the People hub goes from being useless to indispensible for me.

Ive been using the people hub all along but it does seem better. I get a little bit annoyed when I am scvrolling and it switches back to somepost that I read a short time before its like starting over again. I dont think theres anything I can do about it unless theres some way to slow the refresh rate or something like that

how is it clunky? Its much less faster than starting up the app, waiting for it to load and then goto notifications, or launch the web browser and going to the site. Much faster than that on any platform. That's one thing that was featured in the #smokedbywindowsphone competitions.
