"People" Live Tiles Not Showing All Contact Pics?

I added pics to a few of my contacts. The first time I added pics to 6 contact names. They were shown in the "People" live tiles. After that I added more contact pics to all my contacts but in the live tiles only those 6 pics are being shown. Is that how it is or is it a problem? If its a problem then how do I make all my contact pics be shown and alternate under "People" live tiles?

A couple of restarts would solve it. Try a soft reset. (Hold volume down + power till it turns off and then release)

Turn off battery saver for a while if its turned on or do a reboot.

Go into People hub > ... > Settings > scroll down to the bottom and hold your finger on each accounts and choose sync for each one.
