This is the first developer-app post I've seen on the forums for an UWP app that doesn't run on smartphones.

We really have no place to put this since "developer spotlight" is currently a subforum related to phones (Windows Phone developer forum). If it was me, I'd be very miffed if my UWP app for W10 was moved into a phone related forum where probably almost nobody will see it.

What do we do with this?

Right now, I'm just approving the thread. This is really just a note on why I didn't send this developer the usual message, why I didn't ask them to first become a productive member of the forum, and why I didn't move the post to the existing developer spotlight forum.

If this ever becomes a thing, we might want to rethink the forum structure.
