Phone calls using loud speaker

I installed the 3rd update earlier today and now when I make phone calls they play out of the loudspeaker anyone know a fix?
Also I literally just this second smashed the screen, how much is a repair?

Try a soft reset.

Hold down the power and volume down buttons together until the phone buzzes, then let go. Phone will restart, and hopefully will start behaving itself.

Smashed screen? Refer to where you bought the phone and ask about what they suggest for breakages/repairs.

I had the exact same problem, after a restart everything was solved so, just try that!
