Phone connecting only at USB 1.1 speed

When I installed WP 8.1 preview my phone was working great. With this recent update given, I installed it with no problem, until today. My computer recognizes my Lumia 920, but will not connect Full Speed 2.0. Is there anything I need to do on my end to remedy this? Has anyone else gone through this issue. I hate having to leave my phone plugged in for over an hour just to add a few songs and re-syncing.

I have this problem sometimes to just restart your phone and your PC if this doesn't effect than reinstall the driver. Maybe the USB cable is broken try another cable to check it.

I tried 3 cables so I know it's not that. I will check the drivers again

Okay than delete the drivers and plug �� your phone to your PC �� and see if it works after that.
Do you find the issue?
