Phone Did Not Update To 8.1

I am enabled in Developer Preview through App Studio, downloaded the update this morning, waited for it to restart and install, then got to data migration screen, etc.

Phone notified me update was successful, went into phone, checked version, still WP 8.0.

Restarted phone, same thing.

Checked in settings and I have the option to download the update and start all over again?

Anyone else having this issue?

There are two updates. Sounds like you updated the first smaller update. Try and see if you have any more updates - sounds like you might do!
