Phone does not show Start screen anymore

I have uninstalled Insider. Went to store to install, it said, it's installed. Restarted the phone, installed Insider, selected fast ring, reboot. Now, when I unlock the phone, I see "Loading ... " on the black screen with dots flying above. Is that a problem? What exactly are we loading?

Can you get to the settings from the action center? If so try changing background and going back to home screen.

How do I get to the Action Center? The only button that has any effect is "Search". It gets into Cortana, pressing Home takes me back to the "Loading ...."

Do a soft reset....hold down volume key and power key for few secs phone will restart....

I turned the phone off, powered up and now it looks fine. Thanks for the help.

Do a soft reset....hold down volume key and power key for few secs phone will restart....

Soft reset is now done by holding only power button for 10-15 secs...

Pressing volume down+ power button opens feedback app...

It happenst to me from time to time... but it loads after a while or just restart the phone

My "while" was too long. I restarted the phone and it worked. The only bad thing was I lost icons notifications on the Lock Screen.
