Phone is frozen, does not turn on or off.

Make - NOKIA LUMIA 930, just over 12 months old. After changing the service provider and activating the SIM, phone froze. Cannot turn it off, functions don't respond. Removed SIM and replaced after 30min. no change.

Power and volume down till it vibrates.

Make sure Battery has enough charge then try resetting by key combination...
