Phone not going back to 4G or anything but G after phone call

Hi, only recently everytime I make or receive a phone call my phone stays on G and won't switch back to 4G or anything other than G which is very slow, it used to switch back right away, not sure if the network app being updated is the problem, anyone know what it is, I have a Lumia 920 on Vodafone Ireland

If this is a big deal for you and you don't get any other tips I recommend you to do a hard reset, that might help, but it will remove all data on your phone

I tried it already, seems it's the network end as it's only happening around where I work, it was fine a few days ago so maybe they're doing work on one of the towers
