Phone reset, now can't get hotmail.

Hello,

A few weeks ago, my phone spontaneously reset itself while I was traveling. My email tiles were gone, both hotmail and my personal, most of my settings were reset to the default, etc. Somethings were still there, like my pictures and my apps.

I have since recovered my personal email, but no matter what I do, I can't get the phone to sync with hotmail, not mail, not calendar, nothing. I did set up the mail account again, but there is no tile. The only way I can see it is when I try and link mailboxes with my personal, but it doesn't pull anything.

I have heard reports that this has happened to others, but I can't find any resolution. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Sorry to hear of your problem. What device do you have?I would suspect that you need to set up your email accounts on the device again. Go to settings email and retype your username and password.

You might also what to check "email+accounts" and make sure your windows live account is in there.
