Phone stops mid ringtone and goes to missed call

Hi,
Is there any way to set the ringing time to a longer interval before the phone goes to "missed call"? My Lumia Icon plays only part of the ringtone. Before I can pick up the phone to answer, it's already gone to "missed call". Yes, I'm no kid, and actually put my phone down between calls. rly: Thanks in advance. Judy

There is currently no way to change this interval that I'm aware of, sorry.

I'm pretty sure that is controlled by the provider.

I encounter the same issue on my Lumia 930.
Any suggestion and/or sollution would be great.

Contact your network provider. They should be able to increase the time your phone rings. My network certainly offers this (10, 20 or 30 seconds. If I remember correctly)
