Phone stuck in the "plane mode" and cellular is not working

Hello guys,

Couple hours ago my phone did something strange. It turned on the plane mode by itself, but the wifi was still on. I turned off the plane mode and the cellular symbol on the left corner started to flicker like crazy. Also, the cellular shortcut on the quick action menu is turning on and off constantly. I've tried soft and hard reset but nothing changed. I don't know what to do. Lıke i said, it happened suddenly. No apps were recently updated. The phone is lumia 1520 on the last insider fast ring version.

Edit: I did restore the last back up after the hard reset. I am going to hard reset again in case the backup was broken too.

Seems to be a fault on the daughterboard. Either the bridging failed on startup or the antenna unit is going out.
