You use to be able to set the live photo tile to scroll and show pictures tagged as your favorite. That option is still available in the settings, but how do you now tag a photo as a favorite?

In Photos, Tapping on low side of fullscreen pics will show option icons, then tap on heart (favourite). Open photo fullscreen by thumbnails and tap on heart icon. One by one.

Doesn't display favorite pix from SD card, only favorites from phone show up on the tile.

Wrong, it works with favorite everywhere they are
