Photo app not showing albums. Any suggestions?

I have my photos stored on my SD card and they're separated by folders. However, the Photo app doesn't show my folders. Everything shows up under Collection though. I transferred some folders to OneDrive to see if they would show up, but no luck. Anyone else having this problem? I have the latest update.

Photos app doesn't group pictures by the folder they're in. I'm not sure if currently albums are supported in the Photos app, but you're supposed to create them on your own inside the photos app, and the app itself should probably suggest putting a group of photos in an album if they share some details (like they're taken at the same place, or at a specific time or whatever).
