Photo Editing on Lumia 1520

Does anyone have "true" insight on the best photo editing application that DOES NOT reduce quality in the photos taken on the 1520? Usually use Nokia Creative and my all time favorite application "Fantasia" but I feel like I'm not retaining the quality of the 1520's over-sampled photos, and forgive me if its been asked before! Also, am I even getting to edit the over-sampled photos, or just the lower resolution photos? Maybe someone truly knowledgeable about what I'm asking can chime in..! Thanks in advance!

Hmm, I know Fhotoroom boasts it's 20MP HD processing. I really can't say for sure if it gets the actual 16MP image or the downsampled 5MP though.

Subbed for answers, I'm curious as well.
