Photos are replicating them selves

Okay my phone just started to replicate one photo four to ten copies, is this an SD problem or a Nokia camera problem?
Edit: It doesn't happen with the stock camera app btw forgot that snippet of info

I did a hard reset since it wasn't the SD card causing the problems but the phone, its fixed now
