Photos dissapeared in camera roll after while in Lumia 640XL

Hi all,

Photos which i captured were disappeared in camera roll. Only grey colour thumbnail displayed in camera roll and when i opened the image, error displayed as "Can't get picture, you can try again later". I saved all the images in camera roll to PC via USB cable and when i tried to open image error displayed as "Windows Photo Viewer can't open this picture because either Photo Viewer doesn't support this file format, or you don't have the latest updates to Photo Viewer". Also every photo contain two additional files (.mp4 and .mp4.tnl files) as attached image



And another thing i want to tell you is, before this happened(within a week) i could not able to update any app in the phone and songs and video which i copied to phone using pc couldn't able to find. But again now, phone works correctly.

Please help me to get those images back

Are you storing these items on an SD card or phone memory?

This is the way inexpensive SD cards fail, data loss. Is it a name brand card?

Have you checked your OneDrive for your pictures?

Photo were saved to the SD and i did not activated the photo backup option. Therefore there was no photos in OneDrive
