Photos not auto-uploading in WP8.1 GDR1

My photo settings are set to auto upload to OneDrive in high resolution, but it's pretty hit-or-miss whether they really get added to the upload list waiting for a WiFi connection. Anyone else having trouble with this? I'm on a Lumia 920 + Black.

I have the same device, OS and firmware as you. I haven't had issues with auto-uploading pictures. My device connects to my home WiFi when I'm still outside my apartment, though.
