Photos won't auto backup

I have my 920 set to auto backup over WiFi. I can't get it to sync by itself. I can manually send a pic to SkyDrive which puts it in the mobile uploads folder. Any ideas what could be hanging me up? I only see a manual sync option for the phone settings which works fine.
I do have it set to best quality WiFi only for pics and vids

My pictures that i take get uploaded skydrive auto on wifi, if it isn't on wifi, it stays in the queue until im in wifi zone.

I set my phoen on auto upload best qualify wifi only. Vidoes, i dont have upload on.

Not sure why yours would not upload if you have autoupload on. Toggle it off and one i guess, if not, swap it out.

Tried turning it on and off a few times with no luck.
