Pics and Videos taken with your Lumia 930!

You could also just change the aspect ration to 4:3 and capture 8mp photos. I find these have way more detail than the 5mp shots

I think its bad, to over sample an image to 5MP in order to get best picture. We don't want a 5MP crap, we want best image at 20MP resolution. So what Nokia recommends, that in order to get best picture, we should over sample it to 5MP, is not right.

I do prefer 8mp. It has less noise and more detail than both the full res and the 5mp shots. Wish they'd set it as the default so people can get the best quality though it would seem most people don't like shooting in 4:3 like I do.

Two biggest clubs on Brazil: Flamengo X Corinthians on Maracan?-RJ.

From DNG 20mp to Jpeg 5mp (RawTherapee)

I'm amazed with DNG pics. Much better than JPEG. The colors fidelity, sharpness, contrast and brightness are just perfect! Absolutely flat, just the way I like it...

Some daytime photos. I'm having a lot of fun playing around with macro shots and getting that bokeh effect

Because people have been commenting on the low light performance of the 930, I decided to do a few quick comparison shots to show how important it is to manually adjust the camera settings under low light circumstances. I think this also shows that MS needs to tinker with how Nokia Camera (Lumia Camera) deals with low light on Auto.

I don't think theses exposure times are good for auto values. Pictures with high exposure time at night are better, much better, but it's almost impossible without a tripod or something, at least for 90% of people. "Sadly" auto mode need to be easy.

I agree, but I think there can be a middle ground between the examples I posted. Those snaps were all taken freehand. The defaults should take advantage of the OIS, though I dunno if the camera defaults can be different for each model.
