I definitely think the picture taken with ProShot has better detail and clarity. The problem with the high ISO is that it tends to blur a lot of the fine details (overcompensating noise reduction algorithms). The colors also look more accurate to me in the manual shot. I opened them up again side-by-side and zoomed in pretty far on the same section of the image to make the comparison, then I took screenshots of the images zoomed in. You guys can be the judge here:
