If i was not mistaken trusted OEMs mostly use saphire.

Hello 1520 People.

Our illustrious Community Manager, James Falconer, has just tweaked the max file size we can upload. It's not 16MP size, but substantially more than it was previously. I just resized a 4.55MB file to 90% in Office Picture Manager and it uploaded at a file size of 3.28MB, 4838 X 2722 pixels.

IMHO this is very good news for those of us with 20MP shooters.

I would suggest using this new feature sparingly, when for example your intent is to compare 100% crops of the same image with different exposures. Otherwise, viewing this thread (in combination with all of the ads loading on the right) will become a chore.

I generally resize all images I post to a max width of 1024 or 1200 pixels.

I generally have been using approx. 2048 pixels on the longest edge...

I'm excited about the increased upload size for the weekly Photo Contest. Hopefully the pics get looked at in a larger format... I know I often break them out in a separate Tab for a closer look.

Here is one I took yesterday. This camera never ceases to amaze me. Compared it with my DSLR and its on par.
