Not the best pic... but it tastes fantastic.
Roasted the pork and diced it. Then I crisped up the outside in some sesame oil in a hot wok and got some fondant in the pan; remove pork. Added a touch more sesame oil, minced garlic, diced green onion, shredded broccoli/red cabbage/carrot mix, and sliced bamboo shoots. Cook down on medium, add sesame seeds and soy sauce. Add in pork, mix well... Then add in 1lb cooked spaghetti noodles and 4oz Hoysin sauce. Continue heating on medium and mix well with tongs.
