Hah. Well, if I think a bit and look, it sorta kinda does on initial glance. :grin:whoa, looks almost like CGI! (meant as a compliment)
If You own ProShot - try a HDR picture - won't do THAT much, but will smooth some of the noise in the shadows. The bay at sunset. Today, late afternoon

Love this phone
Don't own ProShot. Waiting for a myappfree offer  ... even if it doesn't support dng AFAIK. I prefer to shot dng over jpgIf You own ProShot - try a HDR picture - won't do THAT much, but will smooth some of the noise in the shadows.

Btw the above dng was a bit underexposed, cause my "all manual settings" stubborness, so the noise in the shadows :winktongue:
I too like to fiddle with the DNG from time to time, but generally shoot JPG for convenience. The developer of ProShot is super responsive and the app has some pretty unique feats like real-time filters etc. Win10 version coming soon.
So far the DNG works for me only in the broad daylight where it's brilliant to interpret colors and contrast, but in the dark, even the DNG post process produces the "fake-star" artefacts.. So low-light photography means ProShot
Trust me. There aren't "fake-star" artefacts when 830's dng (low iso-long exposure) are developed within adobe LR. It removes hot pixel automatically (like ACR).
