Pictures won't load on 6tag & Facebook!

Hey guys,

I have a Lumia 1020, and for about a month now pictures on Facebook in the people hub won't load. Some do some don't same for videos. On 6tag I have the same problem.

After thinking it was my modem and having 2 techs come to my house. It has been determined that my modem is working perfectly. The problem seems to be with Windows because my ASUS Q500a laptop has the same problem Facebook and instagram pictures and videos won't load. Just some do most show grey and white squares.

I tested my Lumia 1020 on AT&T cellular data and it works perfectly so does my laptop. Weird thing is my friends and brother's iPhone(s) and Mac(s) work perfectly

If anyone has any ideas on what could be causing this or has a fix please let me know. Thank you so much!!!

I had similar issues but that when I was using 2G on my phone , after connecting to a wifi connection pictures and videos showed up as they should. Try a soft reset by pressing the volume down +lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboots. Also if possible try to connect to different wifi and see if the problem still persists.

I did the soft reset and the problem is the same. Now if I leave 6tag on the popular feed and keep pressing refresh after like 5 times it loads but I shouldn't have to do that! I'm about to give up on this... I'll update if something changes.

did you tried re-installing the app ? what if you use official instagarm app
