Pinned IE pages disappearing on Surface RT - Windows 8.1 RT

I've seen it happen, IE webpages I had pinned as live tiles dissappear. I even had trouble pinning them again, it didn't take.

Does anyone have this problem? Windows RT is old, but it should just work as it used to.
