thanks for that, it helps but my other file increased by 100MB but then its ok as I will do hard reset when Whatsapp will be available
whenever I will do hard reset phone in future then I have to format SD card too?

You don't have to do a hard reset yet.

Delete all the music and videos from your phone using the Music+Video app. Do not delete using a computer. After deletion, soft reset your phone and see if any files are listed in the app. There shouldn't be any. Now transfer all your music and videos back onto your phone. If necessary, copy the music and videos onto your computer before deleting them from the phone. It is important that you delete the files using the Music+Videos app.

Moreover will this work?
Download pocket file manager and go to settings and tick the 'show hidden files'. Then go to your memory card and you'd see the WP folder. Delete the file inside it and then restart your phone. VOILA ! All hubs rescan your memory card ! Tried myself !
