Please help urgent need to get rid of windows 10

Windows 10 sucks, it wont let me do anything, i cant access the windows button or settings or anything. And now i just get a black screen with my cursor. Im only able to access the Task Manager from there. but that does me no good. I just want to go back to my winows 8.1, someone please help im getting very very mad.

boot to recovery and go back to 8.1

Recovery options in Windows 10 - Windows Help

Should be an option to go to recovery after you boot and hold or hit F8

You could also do a fresh install of windows 10 first. That solved issues for many people.
