Please help with EAP-TLS wifi connection problem

Hello everyone, I am not able to connect my Lumia 530 with windows phone 8.1 to my company wifi network.
When I tap 'connect using' and select 'certificate' then the phone says'we didn't find any certificate on your phone. Install a certificate and try again.' But how to install a certificate?

tried txting or emailing it to yourself? as far as getting the cert, you may have to ask your IT staff.

Thanks for reply. I thought there is something missing in the phone itself? Android phone can connect to the wifi without any problem.
