Podcast App for Windows 8x

I for one like the simple and functional podcast app for Windows Phone. Any hope that we may get a universal version for Windows 8x so our Podcasts can sync?

Man.. I'm with you 100%. This would have surely been a great marketing ploy for universal apps that MS could've implemented with relative ease. I don't even care about tracking what I've listened to really - although it would be welcome, just some subscription syncing!

Considering how simple yet functional the new podcast app is, I would think this would be pretty easy to make. Wonder if the API is open so we could make one ourselves?
