Popup When you Connect WP8 to PC

Everyone here should know the Popup which you get after Pluggin in a WP8 Device to a PC.
Does Someone her know how to Deactivate it? Is this even Possible?

It's very anoying and here at Buisness use it's we simply don't want User to get informed about the Sync Software...

I don't get any pop up at all when I connect my NL920 to my Win 7 PC.
Mind sharing what sort of pop up you get?
