Ported number from ATT to StraightTalk...Hard Reset...Cant download Network Setup

I have an AT&T branded Lumia 900. I just ported my number from AT&T to Straight Talk last night. The port worked.

But I want able to get MMS or data, with any of the settings I tried, and I tried them all.

So I did a hard reset, thinking I'll just go to the marketplace via WiFi, download Network Setup, and try again clean.

But now when I go to the marketplace, I can see the Network Setup app, but I can't download it. It says, "this app is not available for your device". It says to check I am on the latest verison. I am.

Am I dead in the water until my 920 arrives? This is disappointing.

I got it working dudrosses,... I downgraded by flashing the 8112 build, then I got that sheez up in my steez. OOOOOH
