Possible spammer question?

This user claramolee have posted 20 nonsense post even on old threads. The IP is from India but suspect just from posting behaviour. Is this member a spammer or not?

I'm on the fence to I've been watching this user as well. At this point I would say no rules have been broken so let it go. If he turns out to be a spammer later its easy enough to delete all the posts. That's what I'm thinking.

That's a horrible form of link-building where he/she will post one reply with an integrated link and then post elsewhere to put off moderation and staff as they believe half the amount of posts on forums don't get read.
