Possible to Install Win10 on my PNY ElitePerformance 256GB SDXC card?

How can I do this? is there a general guide anywhere? (post URL if there is) and the card's read speed is 90Mb/s so will that be too slow for it to run optimally? etc etc

that and you will kill the lifespan of that card VERY fast by using it for an OS.
